Job summary

The City of Idaho Falls invites applications for an Aquatic Center Cashier. This part-time position (up to 19 hours/week) handles admissions, collects fees, and provides friendly service to patrons at Wes Deist Aquatic Center.

• Graduation from high school or GED and ability to perform related duties.
• Basic computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists the public with admissions and scheduling questions.
• Collects fees for swimming admissions and lessons, counts money, and balances till.
• Answers calls, performs light office tasks, and maintains records.
• Enforces pool rules and responds to emergencies per plan and policy.
• Cleans and maintains restrooms, counters, and public areas as required.
• Provides care for vending inventory and performs related duties.
