We’re seeking a part-time leasing consultant to learn property management, help with sales and marketing, show apartments, process applications, and oversee move-ins while delivering excellent service. The posted schedule is Wednesday and Saturday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• Effective communication with strong computer and customer service skills.
• Positive energy and a can-do attitude.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.

Responsabilidades

• Show apartments to prospective renters and explain pricing/lease terms.
• Develop lease packages and ensure smooth move-ins with excellent service.
• Set sales goals and advertise via website, social media, and networking.
• Communicate with residents throughout their stays.
• Perform property inspections to maintain curb appeal.
