Job summary

John-M.-Corcoran- is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to learn the property management business and help with sales, marketing, and customer service to secure the best residents for the property. You will handle lease administration duties and oversee move-ins.

You will show apartments, develop lease packages, set sales goals through advertising and networking, and maintain strong communication with residents throughout their stay, along with regular property inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• You’re an effective communicator with strong computer and customer service skills.
• People often comment on your positive energy or "can do" attitude.
• You’re highly organized and have excellent time management.

We’re looking for a part-time leasing consultant who is eager to learn the property management business. You’ll help your team with sales and marketing and provide excellent customer service, all in the name of securing the best possible residents for the property. Work Schedule:Wednesday & Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

The posted salary range represents the full range of experience levels for the position. Candidates with extensive relevant experience (i.e. 20+ years) may qualify for compensation near the top of the range, while those with less experience may fall at another point within the range.

Position pay range

$23 - $27.50 USD
