Job summary

Trinity Health MI is seeking an Ambulatory Pharmacy Technician for a part-time (16 hours) day shift in Grand Rapids, MI. The role focuses on supporting an anticoagulation clinic, triaging calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, ASHP/ACPE training, active Michigan Licensure, PTCB certification, and two years of pharmacy experience. We value compassion, accuracy, and teamwork in a faith-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of ASHP/ACPE Pharmacy Technician training program preferred.
• Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician Licensure (Full) AND PTCB certification.
• Two years of pharmacy work experience.

Responsibilities

• Triages phone calls on a multi-line system and processes patient referrals.
• Schedules patient appointments and maintains current patient records.
• May support additional ambulatory pharmacy clinics to ensure coordination of care across services.
