Job summary

Sole Hire LLC, on behalf of a postsecondary institution, seeks an on-campus Adjunct Instructor to teach Animal Sciences. This part-time role involves lectures, laboratories, and clinical instruction at the Maumee, OH campus.

You will work with a program chair and campus leadership, deliver curriculum as scheduled, prepare daily lesson plans, monitor attendance, and support students during office hours. A Master’s degree plus 18 physics credits and 18 life sciences credits are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• 18 credits in Physics required.
• 18 credits in Life Sciences required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lecture, laboratory, and clinical instruction according to established curriculum
• Maintain daily lesson plans and monitor student attendance and retention
• Grade and return assignments within 48 hours of the due date
• Provide student support during office hours or by appointment
• Participate in student retention efforts, including identifying and referring at-risk students
• Advise students on academic policies and performance, in coordination with program leadership
• Maintain professional development to meet accreditation standards
• Attend mandatory department and campus meetings
