Job summary

Napa County Office of Education is seeking a Part-Time Recruitment Leader for the AmeriCorps EXL program. This position is focused on strengthening recruitment and retention strategies across Napa County schools, promoting community outreach and engagement.

The Recruitment Leader will work closely with the AmeriCorps leadership team to enhance social media presence, plan recruitment events, and implement effective strategies in a part-time role of 900 hours over ten months. Compensation includes a monthly stipend of $1,680.00.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (17 with parental approval).
• Clear criminal background check (DOJ, FBI, and National Sex Offender Public Database).
• Submit current, clear TB (tuberculosis) test.

Responsibilities

• Become well-versed in the purpose and structure of the AmeriCorps EXL program.
• Support the development and implementation of recruitment action plans.
• Develop and foster partnerships that increase outreach to potential AmeriCorps Members.
