Qualifications

• Experience in a clinic setting preferred
• Ability to perform med calculations and safety checks

Responsibilities

• Collects data and analyzes assessment information to identify problems and plan care.
• Develops collaborative plans to achieve patient outcomes.
• Promotes infection prevention and standard precautions in all care activities.
• Delivers nursing care guided by evidence-based practice and professional ethics.
• Evaluates progress toward goals and documents outcomes.
• Mentors newer staff and supports student learners as needed.
