The Stand Restaurant Newport Beach is seeking an energetic Cashier to join our team and deliver a great guest experience. You will greet guests, take orders, promote the Stand App, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced setting.

Previous food service is a plus but not required; comfort with standing for shifts and lifting up to 35 lbs is needed. This is a part-time role with benefits including insurance and vacation time.

• Food service experience is a plus but not required.

What You’ll Do as a Cashier

• Greet guests and take orders at the register
• Promote our Stand App and rewards program
• Run orders to guests and keep the restaurant clean and organized
• Bake cookies and brownies, portion sauces and pickles
• Follow cash handling, food prep, and safety procedures
• Work as part of a supportive, fun team

What We’re Looking For a Cashier

• Outgoing personality and genuine love for hospitality
• Reliable — AM and PM shifts available, weekends required
• Previous food service experience a plus, not required
• Someone who wants to be part of something growing
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base + Tip pool (~$4–7/hr average)
• Up to $21.50 per hour
