Globe Life Insurance Company is seeking a Part-Time AM Customer Retention Representative to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inbound cancellation inquiries, call on lapsed policies, and advise on coverage adjustments with clear, empathetic communication.

Qualified candidates bring a high school diploma, strong verbal/written skills, and experience in a call center or insurance sales setting. A 30 wpm typing speed is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing speed of at least 30 wpm.
• Experience in a call center is preferred.
• Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain policy options clearly and simply.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound cancellation calls and explore retention options.
• Proactively reach out for lapse recovery and discuss payment solutions.
• Assess policyholder situations and recommend coverage adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Stay current on life insurance products and company procedures.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically, documenting follow-ups.
