Door Tech LLC in Lexington, NC is seeking a dependable Part-Time Production Saw Operator to run automated and manual saws cutting aluminum extrusion.

This 20-hour-per-week, daytime weekday position offers steady, year-round work in a small-team, air-conditioned facility with hands-on training on Door Tech's equipment.

Responsibilities include measuring parts, quality checks, material staging, and maintaining a safe, efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately to at least 1/16 inch.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining production pace.
• Experience with touchscreen controls and basic production software.
• Able to recognize when a machine is not operating normally and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and manual saws to cut aluminum extrusion.
• Select material, program length, and quantity from production paperwork.
• Load, unload, stage, and organize aluminum extrusion.
• Measure finished parts and verify cuts meet specifications.
• Perform first-piece and periodic quality checks.
• Record quantities and material usage accurately.
• Maintain a safe, organized saw area and comply with procedures.
