Qualifications

• Experience using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening as per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or incidents.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
