Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of production areas, warehouses, access points, and perimeters.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, documenting visitor entries, and directing individuals.
• Complete detailed activity reports and shift handoff communications.
