Job summary

Delaware River & Bay Authority (DRBA) at Millville Airport seeks a Casual Airport Operations Aide to support safety and security within the airport property and related Authority interests. This part-time casual role involves shift work with no guaranteed hours or assignments.

The position requires knowledge of CFR 14 Parts 139/77 and FAA Circulars, plus a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate motorized vehicles. Background checks and a drug test are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
• Previous experience at an airport or airfield preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist inspections of fuel systems, storm water drainage, and airfield systems.
• Operate Authority vehicle for daily inspections around the Airport Operations and landside areas.
• Coordinate with airport administration, maintenance and Authority customers to ensure policy compliance.
