Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely assist passengers requiring mobility support and transfer to aircraft seating.
• Push wheelchairs to and from airport gates.
• Assist passengers with handling luggage.
• Guide passengers in wheelchairs down jet bridges.
• Ensure wheel brakes are applied before passengers exit.
• Complete reports regarding wheelchairs or incidents.
• Follow dispatcher gate orders and respond to passenger questions.
• Maintain punctual attendance and uphold PrimeFlight standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
