Job summary

United Ground Express in Key West is seeking an airport passenger services agent to greet travelers, check in passengers, and issue boarding passes using our reservation system. You will ensure smooth flow from arrival to departure and handle ticketing with accuracy.

You will rebook itineraries, manage baggage processes, assist during disruptions, and answer passenger questions while following FAA and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain airport credentials.
• Ability to read, write, speak English fluently.
• Willing to work any shift, including weekends and holidays; overtime may be required.
• Must be physically able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greeting passengers and handling check-in and ticketing with efficiency.
• Use reservation software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Ensure passenger data accuracy and timely flight communications.
• Assist passengers during interruptions and resolve issues per policy.
• Assist in Baggage Service Office to track baggage and answer questions.
• Operate computers and mobile devices; communicate with crew via radio.
• Lift baggage up to 70 lbs and manage ground equipment as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and composure in challenging situations.
