Responsibilities

How will you make an impact?

Responsibilities include:

• Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft at the airport on the taxiway to ensure safe and timely entry or exit from gates.
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, freight, and company materials, some weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to assist with aircraft push-in/out, baggage loading, and delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and on-time departures.
• Perform cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors and lavatories as needed.
• Create a positive passenger experience by greeting travelers and facilitating seamless check-in and ticketing.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and handle fees.
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding their trips and belongings.
• Ensure accurate processing of passenger information and timely flight departures.
• Address passenger issues related to flight interruptions in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assist in the Baggage Service Office to track baggage and answer passenger questions.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

Requirements include:

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license (some restrictions may apply)
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and days off
• Flexibility to work additional hours on short notice
• Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Enjoy working under deadlines and in physical outdoor environments
• Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
