United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to supervise, train, develop, and hold ramp employees accountable for safety, production, and attendance at our Salt Lake City facility.

The role focuses on maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. You will provide innovative leadership, build strong relationships across departments, and implement development plans to support ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds ramp employees responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides leadership and cultivates relationships with personnel at all levels.
• Implements employee development plans to support professional growth.
• Ensures employees receive orientation, training, materials, evaluations, and proactive coaching.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
