Job summary

Sizanid Staffing is seeking an experienced AI Software Engineering Instructor to teach and mentor students on AI software development, ML engineering, and practical strategies for becoming successful AI software engineers.

The role focuses on delivering hands-on sessions, developing materials, and guiding students through projects, with emphasis on real-world industry knowledge and strong communication skills. This is a part-time opportunity based in the USA/Canada context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/AI or related field required.
• Master's degree or advanced AI/ML certification is a plus.
• 4–5 years of practical experience in software/AI fields.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and AI workflows.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with APIs, cloud, databases, and VCS.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Legal to work in USA or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on AI software engineering concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Teach students how to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered software applications.
• Guide students on ML workflows, AI model integration, APIs, and software architecture.
• Share practical experiences, case studies, and real-world AI project insights.
• Develop instructional materials, coding exercises, presentations, and hands-on projects.
• Facilitate workshops, live coding demonstrations, and project-based learning.
• Mentor students on portfolio development and career pathways in AI engineering.
