Job summary

Houston City College is seeking an Instructional Faculty member to support curriculum and programs, teaching with diverse methodologies, and providing engagement activities that promote student learning.

The incumbent will teach hours per CE workload each semester as a part-time instructor and participate in department, division and college activities to support teaching and student success.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching diverse student populations and implementing varied teaching methods.
• Ability to maintain accurate student records and submit reports on time.
• Knowledge of syllabus development and course objectives/learning outcomes.
• Familiarity with using technology to enhance instruction and learning.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and coordinate with departments and college programs.
