Agricultural Systems Manager

Job Opening: Part-Time Agricultural Systems Manager

Fruits of Labor, Inc. is seeking a motivated and skilled individual for the role of Part-Time Agricultural Systems Manager. Minimum 2 years of previous experience is preferred. This position will play a key part in supporting the management of daily production operations and outdoor design systems. The ideal candidate will possess broad agricultural knowledge, including experience in greenhouse production systems, high tunnels, field production, and preferably some familiarity with hydroponic systems.

The Part-Time Agricultural Systems Manager will be responsible for maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards across all systems, while also assisting executive leadership with all aspects of the Agricultural Production Systems. This opportunity offers an average of 4-8 hours per week, primarily on weekends and some evenings: Talcott, WV. Compensation ranges from $13-$18 per hour, depending on experience.
