Responsibilities

• Complete basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot problems.
• Assist with moving, handling, and storing potatoes.

• Report accidents, equipment problems, and safety concerns.
• Help maintain crop quality and prevent damage or waste.

The Farm Manager will assign daily tasks, train employees, monitor equipment, and help keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has experience in farming, equipment maintenance, and team leadership.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of diesel engines and mechanical repairs
• Experience with tractors, trucks, and farm equipment
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to organize daily work and manage multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable working independently and leading a team
• Current chemical handling license or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds or more as needed
