Wonders Early Learning + Extended Day in Bethesda, MD is seeking an Early Learning Aide for part-time hours (20–25/week). The role supports the teaching team, prepares materials, and helps with daily transitions to ensure a safe, engaging environment for young learners.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Complete OCC training within 6 months after hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching team (Lead Teachers, Teachers, and Floaters) during end of day activities.
• Prepare and cleanup materials and classroom spaces.
• Assist with daily transitions between playground and classroom.
• Maintain a safe, engaging and supportive environment for young learners.
