Lionheart Children's Academy in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support the classroom team in delivering developmentally appropriate, Christ-centered care and education for children. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+.
• Meets state minimum standards for an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher.
• Experience in a licensed child care facility preferred but not required.
• Criminal background check required.
• Spiritual alignment with Lionheart’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, supervision, and facilitation of classroom learning centers, routines, and experiences.
• Partner closely with the Lead Teacher to ensure smooth daily operations and a joyful, unified classroom culture.
• Communicate proactively with staff regarding classroom needs, child updates, and support required.
• Demonstrate flexibility in assisting other classrooms or academy-wide needs when requested.
• Participate in staff meetings, required trainings, and academy events.
