Job summary

The Goddard School of Pflugerville is hiring an Afternoon/Part-Time Teacher Assistant to join our early childhood education team. You will support a Lead Teacher, supervise children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, and help run activities during the 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to assist young children.

Responsibilities

• As Assistant Teacher, partner with Lead Teacher to maintain a warm, safe classroom.
• Assist with daily routines, activities and curriculum implementation.
