The Goddard School Of Pflugerville is seeking a warm, energetic Lead Teacher for a 9:00 A.M.–6:00 P.M., Monday–Friday schedule. Join our team in Pflugerville, TX 78660 to provide nurturing care and play-based learning that supports early development and family partnerships.

You will lead developmentally appropriate activities, maintain a safe classroom, and collaborate with co-teachers. Ideal candidates have a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, strong potty training skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Human Development, or related field.
• Experience in an early childhood program or preschool setting.
• Strong potty training skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle toddlers/twos care routines.

• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.

About Us

The Goddard School® of Pflugerville is expanding and seeking a warm, energetic, and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team who has strong potty training skills. This is a 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday position. We are a highly reputable early childhood program focused on play-based learning, responsive caregiving, and strong family partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Human Development, or related field

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

Prior Experience Working With Toddlers/twos (strongly Preferred)
