Boston Baby Nurses LLC is seeking a reliable part-time nanny/family assistant in the Auburndale area to support two children, ages 8 and 4, with afternoon childcare, school transportation, and light household tasks. The role is long-term and focuses on creating a positive, organized after-school routine.

The ideal candidate is punctual, independent, and proactive, able to manage calendars, activities, snacks, and simple meals while ensuring a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Non-smoking/vaping
• 3+ years of relevant childcare experience
• Clean driving record
• Up-to-date CPR/First Aid preferred
• Tdap, flu, and COVID vaccinations preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick up children from school (around 4/4:30) and transport them home or to activities
• Provide engaging afternoon care with a focus on active play and age-appropriate activities
• Prepare simple family dinners and children’s snacks/lunches
• Assist with family laundry
• Help manage children’s calendars, activities, sports equipment, and special occasions
• Complete local errands including shopping, and returns
• Assist with dinner cleanup while parents handle bedtime routines
• Provide general family assistant support to help keep the household running smoothly
