Boston Baby Nurses LLC is seeking a reliable, proactive part-time nanny/family assistant for a family in Auburndale, MA. The role focuses on two school-age children (8 and 4) with afternoon childcare, school transportation, and light household support.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, roughly 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, guaranteeing about 30 hours per week with potential for extra hours. Compensation ranges from $37 to $42 per hour, with benefits including paid time off and a healthcare stipend.

Qualifications

• Non-smoking/vaping
• 3+ years of relevant childcare experience
• Clean driving record
• Up-to-date CPR/First Aid preferred
• Tdap, flu, and COVID vaccinations preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick up children from school (around 4/430) and transport them home or to activities
• Provide engaging afternoon care with a focus on active play and age-appropriate activities
• Prepare simple family dinners and children’s snacks/lunches
• Assist with family laundry
• Help manage children’s calendars, activities, sports equipment, and special occasions
• Complete local errands including shopping, and returns
• Assist with dinner cleanup while parents handle bedtime routines
• Provide general family assistant support to help keep the household running smoothly
