The Learning Experience is hiring a Floater Teacher in Illinois for an entry-level position. You will support preschool teachers by delivering activities, maintaining a nurturing classroom, and helping children learn through play.

You will collaborate with staff, follow our curriculum, communicate with families, and participate in ongoing training and development; a high school diploma or GED is required and prior childcare experience is preferred.

As a Floater Teacher, you will:

• Partner with other preschool teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and have the unique opportunity to use our engaging characters to make TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the classrooms and programs.
• Collaborate with your peers to create a great working environment and a welcoming and engaging space for children.

• Must have previous childcare experience.
