Job summary

The Learning Experience - Goodyear is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. This entry-level position focuses on helping children learn through play, safety, and engagement in our bright classrooms.

You will collaborate with fellow teachers to deliver our curriculum, track student progress, and communicate with families about milestones and daily activities. A high school diploma or GED is required, with ECE coursework preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Must meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other preschool teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and engage children using our characters.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards in the daycare classrooms.
• Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming and engaging daycare space for children.
• Communicate with parents and families about each child’s progress and activities through apps and discussions.
