Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) is hiring a part-time Instructional Aide to support youth development at the school site in Oakley, CA. You will need an Associate degree or 48 college units or pass the Instructional Aide exam, plus background check and TB clearance.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check and TB test clearance.
• Must be punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Coordinator in day-to-day operations at the school site.
• Maintain attendance tracking and reporting for students.
• Support enrichment activities and student engagement.
• Plan engaging enrichment and physical activities for students.
• Supervise students to ensure safety and behavior.
• Communicate with coordinator, students, and families as needed.
