Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring at the Westwood Club in Elyria, Ohio for Youth Development Professionals (YDPs). The role is part time, Monday–Friday, about 2 pm–6 pm, 20 hours per week, with a starting pay of $17 per hour.

You will help plan after-school programming and support youth in a supervised, safe environment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year working with youth, are 18+, and must clear background checks and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth (preferred).
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement after-school program activities.
• Track and promote program participation.
• Assist with membership recruitment.
• Support a safe, positive learning environment for youth.
