Job summary

Think Together is seeking a High Dosage Tutor for after‑school programs in Washington USD. This seasonal, part‑time role supports elementary and middle school students in reading and math, in small groups of up to three, 2–3.5 hours daily, five days a week.

You will assess progress, record attendance, and coordinate with staff while maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality. A high school diploma or GED is required; experience with young children is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proof of graduation from high school or GED required
• Experience working with young children preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides small group and individual interventions for students while helping students master instructional materials
• Engages children and youth by following and implementing the Intervention curriculum
• Reads to students, listens to students read, and participates in other forms of oral communication with students. Accurately scores student assessments and monitors student progress
• Maintains daily attendance records and completes paperwork accurately and timely
• Keeps site maintained to Think Together standards and adheres to policies
