Job summary

Brains and Motion Education in California is seeking enthusiastic After-School Program Instructors to lead structured play, homework help, and a variety of STEAM and sports activities at local schools. You will inspire and guide young minds in a dynamic, supportive environment.

The role requires two years of college coursework or an associate’s degree (or cert under ESSA), 1–2 years in STEM/Arts/Sports with youth, strong classroom management, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework (48 semester units) or an associate degree or higher, or proof of certification through a local assessment that meets the requirements of the ESSA.
• 1–2 years of experience in STEM, Arts, and/or Sports subject areas, with a passion for sharing expertise with youth.
• Ability to work effectively with students in grades K-8 and strong classroom management.
