Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring enthusiastic, dependable, and energetic After-School Sports Coaches to lead Soccer or Flag Football programs for elementary-aged students in Baltimore, MD.

This part-time, after-school position features 1.5-hour sessions, in-person work, and provided curriculum and equipment. Compensation is $37.50 per session ($25 per hour). No lesson planning required; join us and make a positive community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching soccer or flag football preferred but not required.
• Experience working with elementary students is a plus.
• Comfortable working with students in grades K–5.
• Reliable transportation to Baltimore City schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer or flag football sessions for elementary students.
• Teach age-appropriate fundamentals and skills.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.
