AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a part-time Site Director in Prosper, TX for after-school programs. You will lead an energetic team, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality student and family experiences in a safe, compliant environment.

You will manage schedules, staffing, and curriculum delivery while maintaining licensing standards and engaging families and school staff to support student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or CDA in education is required.
• Experience in a school-age program is preferred.
• Background check per state childcare licensing regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation.
• Oversee and facilitate curriculum implementation to meet program expectations.
• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards.
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections.
• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and program requirements.
• Supervise and mentor the site team, providing coaching and ensuring training requirements are met.
• Represent AlphaBEST professionally at school and community events.
• Build relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success.
