Job summary

Convent & Stuart Hall in San Francisco is seeking a Part-Time After School Program Staff Member to support the after-school program. You will work with students, parents, and staff to create a safe, engaging, and educational environment during after-school hours.

Responsibilities include planning activities, supervising students, assisting with homework, coordinating with staff, and maintaining program facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing after-school activities aligned with goals.
• Supervise and engage students in sports, arts, homework, and recreation.
• Collaborate with staff to develop age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment and resolve conflicts.
• Provide homework assistance and academic support.
• Communicate with parents about progress and concerns.
• Ensure facilities and materials are cared for and safe.
• Attend meetings and adhere to program policies and safety guidelines.
