Job summary

The Elite Nanny Team is seeking an experienced after-school nanny for a 15-month-old in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This part-time role runs weekdays 2:00 pm–7:00 pm, with additional Saturday date-night coverage.

Responsibilities focus on language and motor skill development through structured activities while minimizing screen time. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of paid childcare, strong communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of paid childcare experience.
• Experience with a 15-month-old child.
• Ability to plan age-appropriate developmental activities.
• Knowledge of tummy time and sleep routines is a plus.
• SIDS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage child in language and motor skill development through play.
• Create learning activities to foster growth while limiting screen time.
• Ensure safety and supervise during all duties.
• Communicate with parents about the child's progress.
