Job summary

Sittercity Incorporated is seeking a warm, reliable part-time nanny for our 2-year-old for an ongoing position with a 6-month commitment. Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM. Primary responsibility is active, engaged childcare, including reading, puzzles, painting, learning activities, pretend play and supervised outdoor play.

Must be dependable, punctual and safety-minded; CPR/First Aid certification preferred. References and background check required.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or preschool children.
• Sitter has own car and reliable transportation.
• References and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide active, engaged childcare, including reading, puzzles, painting, learning activities, pretend play and supervised outdoor play.
• Serve prepared meals/snacks and manage diaper changes.
• Follow the child’s routine and tidy after meals/activities; limit personal phone use during childcare hours.
• No cooking, housekeeping, laundry, driving or errands required.

Responsibilities also include serving prepared meals/snacks, diaper changes, following his routine and cleaning up after meals/activities.No cooking, housekeeping, laundry, driving or errands required. We provide meals, activity materials and a daily schedule.Must be dependable, punctual, attentive to safety and enjoy engaging with toddlers. Personal phone use should be limited during childcare hours. Prior toddler experience and CPR/First Aid certification preferred. References and background check required.
