Job summary

The Elite Nanny Team is seeking an experienced after-school nanny for a 15-month-old in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This part-time role runs weekdays 2:00 pm–7:00 pm, with additional Saturday date-night coverage.

Responsibilities focus on language and motor skill development through structured activities while minimizing screen time. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of paid childcare, strong communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of paid childcare experience.
• Experience with a 15-month-old child.
• Ability to plan age-appropriate developmental activities.
• Knowledge of tummy time and sleep routines is a plus.
• SIDS certification preferred.

About the job After School Babysitting Job

The Elite Nanny Team is recruiting an experienced after-school part-time nanny who has at least 1 year of paid childcare experience. We have a fantastic family in Minneapolis, Minnesota who has a 15-mo baby who needs your love and affection. Childcare job duties would include advancing the child's language and motor skills as those are currently underdeveloped. The family would love for you to minimize your electronic use and instead create learning activities that spur the child's growth.

Preferred Requirements

Excellent knowledge of age-appropriate developmental activities

Working knowledge of emergency care.

A team player with fantastic communication skills.

A high school degree, GED or equivalent

At least 2 years of paid experience working with kids in a professional setting

Some college education or graduate

Knowledge of age-appropriate development of a baby

Experience with tummy time, introducing soft foods, and sleep training

Some Early Childhood Education College Education Coursework (ECE) or CDA

Former daycare experience

SIDS Certifications (preferred)

A reliable vehicle (preferably AWD)

Monday: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Tuesday: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Wednesday: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Thursday: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Friday: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Saturday: date night
