Job summary

Mentoring Alliance is seeking ministry-minded individuals to join our After School team as Part Time Daycare Workers. The role focuses on fostering youth development by leading elementary students in enrichment activities, with an emphasis on excellence, wholeheartedness, and modeling Christ-like values. Positions are non-exempt, part-time, averaging 17-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday 2:00 p.m.

to 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age; High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred and some post-secondary training highly preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory)
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check
• Legally allowed to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities after school
• Foster youth development and positive behavior in a ministry-focused setting
• Be a role model and minister of the Gospel to the community
