Laveen Elementary School District is seeking an Associate Assistant for the Kids Club at Laveen, AZ. The role supports the site manager in supervising students and coordinating before/after school activities for grades K-8.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPI/First Aid/CPR certifications, and completion of required TB testing and fingerprinting. Part-time hours, with some additional duties during early release days.

Qualifications

• Prefer high school diploma or equivalent.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) restraint certification, First Aid and CPR training completed.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervises children’s activities to ensure safety at all times.
• Plan, organize, and direct a variety of recreational and educational before/after school activities for grades K-8.
• Maintain effective relationships with children, parents, staff and community members.
