Job summary

The Colorado LiftED Foundation is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Instructor for grades 1–8 at our Denver site. You will design and deliver lessons from our curriculum to support academic, social, and emotional growth in after-school and summer programs.

The role requires at least two years of experience with elementary/middle school students, strong SEL understanding, and a commitment to equity. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; up to 25 hours weekly, $23–$25 per hour, with evenings and events as

• Two years of experience with elementary or middle school students.
• Experience with lesson planning and execution; solid SEL understanding.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging in an organizational culture.
• Experience with community partners in the Denver Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person learning sessions for youth in after-school and summer programs.
• Provide coaching and feedback with Site Leader to improve enrichment programs.
• Input and review youth data to recognize trends and inform interventions.
• Support college/career development and family advocacy as needed.
• Engage families through check-ins and participate in staff trainings.
