Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. This part-time position runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm–6:30 pm, with weekends off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work in a classroom setting with lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Background check completed as required by state childcare licensing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, Arts).
• Maintain child safety as the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Foster an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
