Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking an enthusiastic After School Dance Teacher to lead dance sessions for Grades K-3 at multiple Bay Area elementary schools. This part-time role involves teaching various forms of dance, managing classes, and creating a positive, engaging learning environment.

Classes run 1–1.5 hours on weekdays, with a total of 2–5 hours per week. Training may be unpaid for up to two days. Applicants must be local to the US or have the necessary working visa; in-person work only.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old upon application submission.
• Experience teaching or playing sports like pickleball/tennis is a plus but not required.
• USPTA/PTR certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage class sizes of 8–16 students aged 5–10.
• Teach different dance forms to elementary kids.
• Attend up to two days of unpaid training/shadowing.
• Take attendance and sign in/out students; communicate with parents and school staff.
• Take photos of sessions and provide brief feedback for each student.
