Job summary

Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver) invites applications for part-time affiliate faculty in the Department of Engineering and Engineering Technology. These temporary, non-tenure track positions are open as per the department’s needs and may involve teaching Civil Engineering Technology or Architecture on campus.

Affiliate faculty are hired per credit hour and are not eligible for benefits. The final salary is determined by credit hours and university policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Four years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree or Doctorate (preferred).
• Professional Engineering License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Teach in-person, part-time in Civil Engineering Technology or Architecture.
• Deliver course content, prepare materials, grade work, and provide feedback.
• Support students as needed and ensure alignment with course objectives.
