Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license and background check.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check per laws.
Drug screen where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security procedures and policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and report irregularities and maintenance concerns.
Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports while maintaining a professional presence.
