Responsibilities

• Liaise with dispatcher to receive repair orders and perform work per standards, including hybrids and EVs.
• Identify mechanical problems using visual inspections or computer diagnostic equipment; conduct tests on parts and systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to determine the root cause of problems.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and services.
• Test drive vehicles after repairs or routine maintenance to ensure issues are resolved.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers about repairs and timelines.
