• Strong organizational and communication skills employing tact, patience, and courtesy.
• Demonstrated expertise related to technology devices and applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and file sharing programs.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations, compliance, and staff management of a local high school diploma program for adult learners.
• Preparing adult learners to pass the General Educational Development exam.
• Ensuring CASAS and state policy compliance in the program.
• Acting as an assessor and portfolio reviewer of adult learners.
• Conducting blind, independent evaluation of completed work and verifying competencies.
• Conducting one-on-one reviews to verify high school diploma requirements.
• Identifying undemonstrated competencies and returning tasks for revision.
• Participating in regular consensus moderation meetings to refine evaluation skills.
• Facilitating in-office checks and post-task assessments within established timeframes.
