Job summary

Grace Community Care & Homes seeks an Adult Day Program Administrator to lead its Adult Day Programs, focusing on person-centered services, reliable operations and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Adult day or comparable program leadership experience is mandatory.
• Qualifications must meet regulator requirements for medical or social day programs.
• Final regulatory eligibility will be verified before appointment or service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop program operations, staffing, admission workflows, policies, facility readiness and participant experience.
• Coordinate the distinct medical and social day service requirements.
• Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams.
• Participate in orientation, competency review and quality improvement.
