Job summary

Koinonia is seeking a part-time Youth Partner in San Diego to provide support and mentorship to youth who were adopted. This role involves offering guidance based on personal experience as an adoptee, advocating for youth perspectives during treatment, and connecting them with community resources.

The position offers flexible hours and a pay range of $18 to $20 per hour. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a commitment to advocacy, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.

Additional responsibilities include documenting services and participating in meetings with youth.
